CONFERENCE BADGES
Badges are required to attend sessions, activities and events. Your badge will also help you get acquainted with other attendees.
When you arrive, go to the hotel lobby to check in to your room, then go to either our MedImpact or SunRx registration desk to pick up your badge and swag bag.

ROOM RESERVATIONS
Your conference registration includes both event access and your hotel accommodations—no separate hotel reservation is needed.
Complimentary lodging is provided for the duration of the conference, with arrivals on September 28 and departures on October 1.

DRESS CODE
General Attire
The attire for the conference is business casual. Daytime weather is expected to hot in Phoenix with temperatures in the upper 90°s, and evenings dropping to the low 80°s. We recommend that you pack a lightweight jacket for air-conditioned rooms and evening events. Breakfast and lunch will be indoors.
The attire for evening events is resort casual.
GETTING TO THE ARIZONA GRAND RESORT
The Arizona Grand Hotel is approximately 6 miles south of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX). Taxis, shuttles, and ride-sharing services are available at all terminals.

COMPLIMENTARY PARKING
For guests using their personal vehicle or a rental car, the hotel offers valet and self-park options. Please inform front desk at check in that you are a conference guest.
Note
You will also need to provide your license plate. For guests joining us during the day only, please inform the valet that you are attending the MedImpact conference and they will apply a parking voucher.
EVENT SHUTTLE
We will have a shuttle to our Night 2 event at Rustlers' Rooste. Pick up will be outside the Conference Center on Resort Drive.
MEAL DIETARY REQUESTS
Email us if you have any specific dietary requirements or food allergies at miconference@medimpact.com.
We have been working closely with the hotel executive chef to create a delicious menu. All meals will include vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options.

HOW TO PLAY
Tap the Game link in our conference mobile app to view challenges and how to complete them (mobile app instructions above).
- You will be awarded points for each action you successfully complete in the app.
- Different actions will award you a different number of points.
- Climb your way to the top of the leaderboard as you answer trivia, share your thoughts, and attend sessions.

Game Prizes
When you reach various point levels you can visit us at our Game Station in the Ballroom Foyer (at the Conference Center) to pick-up your prizes! Prizes can be picked up from September 29th–30th until 5pm.
Grand Prizes
Grand prize winners will be announced during the Closing Keynote on September 30th. Prizes will be handed out at this time. Note, you must be present at the Closing Keynote to win a grand prize.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can anyone with the registration link register?
Registrants should use the same email that they received the conference invitation. If they use a different email address, they will receive an error message.
May I bring my spouse / partner / friend / family to the conference?
A guest may join you at the hotel, but conference sessions, meals, and events are limited to registered conference guests only with a conference badge.
Can I stay additional nights before or after the conference?
Registered guests of the 2026 MedImpact Empowered Conference will receive three nights' complimentary lodging at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa for September 28 – October 1 and may include additional nights at their own expense.
Is airfare included in conference registration?
No, airfare is not included. Registered guests will receive complimentary lodging for three nights, but travel to and from the conference is the responsibility of each attendee.
Is a separate hotel registration required?
Registered guests of the 2026 MedImpact Empowered Conference will receive three nights’ complimentary lodging at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa. Check in begins at 4PM on Monday, September 28. Check out is by 11AM on Thursday, October 1.
